  1. Do you take insurance?
    Serenity Counseling Services, PLLC is in network with Colorado Medicaid, State plans and local Colorado Access plans, and is out of network with all private insurance companies. If you choose to use out of network benefits you have the option to be provided a receipt to submit to insurance for potential reimbursement. Please check with your health insurance provider about your specific plans coverage and options, if available, for reimbursement.

  2. How long is a session?
    Sessions are typically scheduled as a 50-minute hour. Extended sessions of 80-minutes are available if clinically indicated, please inquire about this if interested.

  3. What methods of payment are accepted?
    Clients may pay with cash, check or card. All cards accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
